In food industry, it is used as emulsifier, quality improver, chelating agent. It can be applied as fresh preserver, water conservation, and quality improver for quick-frozen aquatic products. Complex used with other phosphates in meat processing will get a better effect. Also it can improve the expansibility of ice cream, and the taste of flour and cake, prevent the cheese ageing.

Commonly, we add this product according to the proportion of 0.2-0.5%.

It can be adjustable according to the actual situation.
